Booking Policy
A deposit fee of $300 to secure your booking is required and will be added to the expense of your trip. The remaining balance is due at time of delivery. Bookings are approved on an availability basis. Please request your time window with us and we will do our best to coordinate an appropriate time that works for both parties. Ride share pets are the most common and economical form of transports, if you would like to request a VIP solo pet ride for an additional fee please be sure to select that option when booking. We cannot guarantee vehicle availability, everything that we book will be routed according to the direction of travel. Please keep in mind that pick up and delivery times will vary, this depends on many different things such as but not limited to; traffic, stops (refueling, rest breaks, pet breaks), rate of travel, emergency situations (vehicle maintenance, driver or pet emergency, weather conditions) etc. Please allow a 1-3 day window from estimated date of delivery and at least a 3 hour eta window during day of delivery.

Cancelling & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations are fully refundable as long as it is made 48hrs in advance, anything within the 48hr window will not be refunded. If the cancellation is due to a sudden conflict in schedule and is within those 48hrs of the scheduled booking, clients have the option to reschedule. In order to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. Trips that are rescheduled must be coordinated with us to fit our schedule. A max of 2 reschedules per clients request, after the 2nd there will be a cancellation and initial deposit is non refundable. If a trip is rescheduled on our behalf, client has the option to cancel booking at no expense and deposit will be fully refunded.
