Cancelling & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations are fully refundable as long as it is made 48hrs in advance, anything within the 48hr window will not be refunded. If the cancellation is due to a sudden conflict in schedule and is within those 48hrs of the scheduled booking, clients have the option to reschedule. In order to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. Trips that are rescheduled must be coordinated with us to fit our schedule. A max of 2 reschedules per clients request, after the 2nd there will be a cancellation and initial deposit is non refundable. If a trip is rescheduled on our behalf, client has the option to cancel booking at no expense and deposit will be fully refunded.
